Breast Revision — Before & After

This patient had saline implants for many years and came in with back and neck pain and breasts larger than she now wanted. Dr. Levesque removed the under-the-muscle implants, restored the pectoralis muscle, and performed a vertical (lollipop) breast lift that reduced volume and areola size. Because the implants were saline, an in-office deflation was done first — this let the breast tissue and skin recover and tighten, so she could judge her natural volume and it reduced the need for a scar along the inframammary fold. Her final result contains no implants.
